This brilliant weekend will be held in Castlewellan Castle from 7pm on Fri 22nd until 3pm on Sun 24th April 2022.
This is primarily a Confirmation Weekend, but it is open to ALL young people and we would love to have you there!
This activity weekend is pumped full of activities like canoeing and laser quest along with other outdoor adventures. All in the amazing setting of Castlewellan Castle (Christian Conference Centre)!
The main aim of this weekend is to explore some core elements of the Christian faith: Jesus, the Bible and Prayer. Through teaching and praise times along with small group discussions and activities.
COST per young person is £65. The cost is subsidised and includes all food, activities and a welcome pack.
We realise that this is an important opportunity for young people so if you or a family you know are struggling to pay this amount then please contact Down & Dromore YC about bursaries available or your parish.
On the tickets page, each attendee will be asked to pay a deposit of £20* with the rest payable at the weekend. (*Deposit does not include Eventbrite booking fee.)
Once you have booked, please let your group leader know.
COVID: It is our intention to run the weekend as normally as possible and so it will involve the usual mix of outdoor activities, games, worship and teaching – all within the relevant guidelines. If we have to cancel due to changes in regulations then you will be offered a full refund.
